F&B 360° is a strategic leadership support designed by Fáilte Ireland to help General Managers and F&B leaders of Hotels & Visitor Attractions to strengthen performance, increase profitability and future-proof their F&B operations without adding pressure to busy teams.

Through a quick diagnostic survey and expert one-to-one support, you’ll co-create a focused commercial roadmap to unlock your F&B potential.

The value of this Programme support, up to its maximum value of €10,000, is considered State Aid under the De Minimis Regulation or the relevant GBER exemptions (if applicable).

A separate Expression of Interest is required for each individual property.

Eligibility Criteria

Be a registered hotel or established visitor attraction in ROI with an in-house F&B offer

Have the business owner or GM lead the programme with the F&B management team.

Consider F&B a key revenue stream. Hotels: min 20% of total revenue; Attractions: min 10% of total revenue.

Have a dedicated manager responsible for F&B operations and performance.

Applicant businesses to this programme must be able to confirm that they have not received or are an active applicant for De Minimis Support to the cumulative value of €300,000 within the last 36 months, which includes this programme value of €10,000.
