Given the high operational costs of running a tourism business in Ireland, Fáilte Ireland is offering businesses the opportunity to avail of a 1-hour confidential one-on-one cost management clinic with a business expert.

These clinics are fully funded by Fáilte Ireland, meaning there is no cost to participants. In return, we ask that participants engage fully with the process, including completing some short pre-work and attend their clinic session.

As part of our follow-up process, we contact clinic participants within 6–12 months of the clinic date to understand how the support has been implemented and assess the impact achieved within the business.

You can avail of the 1-hour clinic between 24th November 2025 and 31st March 2026.
